Breakfast is available between 8am and 9.30am
Please let us know the evening before what you would like from the following menu and roughly what time you would like to have your breakfast served.
We have an Environmental Health Dept food hygiene rating of 5 out of 5, issued on 17th September 2010.

Eggs* – poached, fried, boiled, omelette with choice of fillings
Scrambled eggs with bacon or smoked salmon
Poached egg bruscetta- poached egg, bacon and sliced beef tomato on toast or homemade waffles
Full Irish – egg, bacon,** sausage, soda bread, potato bread, oven baked tomato (or baked beans), mushroom, black pudding, fermanagh boxty
Vegetarian – egg ( scrambled, poached, fried), vegetarian sausage, soda bread, potato bread, (or home made waffles) oven baked tomato (or baked beans), mushroom
French toast with cinnamon, or topped with bacon and/ or honey
Pancakes or waffles with;
fruit and/or honey
bacon and poached/fried/scrambled egg and honey(optional)
Continental choice (non cooked)
Croissants & breads with a selection of cold meats and cheeses
* The eggs we use are from our own free range chickens
** Fermanagh Black Bacon (the bacon is naturally dry cured without phosphates)

* If you have travel arrangements that require you to leave earlier than 8am, we can arrange to provide you with an uncooked breakfast; please let us know in advance.
